Data we collect

When you complete the eligibility quiz we collect the following personal data:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• IP address (collected automatically by our servers)
• Country (derived from your IP address or browser settings)

How we use it

• To assess your eligibility for the card product
• To contact you about your application status
• To route your lead to the appropriate fulfilment partner

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox and submit the form. This processing is subject to UK-GDPR (for UK residents) and EU-GDPR (for EEA residents).

Retention

Your data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is permanently deleted unless a contractual relationship has been established.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out)
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
